I haven't been to a BW3s for probably 25 years (since college), but I saw an ad for the new burgers, and my interest was piqued. My business partners and I went for lunch last week, and I was very surprised to find that the their new All-American Cheeseburger is one of the better ones I've had in recent years. I love a good, simple burger. I got the double. It had good tasting beef—juicy but not greasy—the right amount of cheese and fresh toppings. Good job, B-Dubs!

This place just keeps going down and down. Bartender tonight was Britney. She was not a good server. It looks like she did not even enjoy being at work. She did not ask at all about the order. She also left the bar unattended. The only reason I actually stayed was for the trivia that they have. Even the questions were hard. Overall this was not a good experience. Maybe get a better bartender and it will be better.

My family and I were under the impression that Buffalo Wild Wings closed at 12am because its online schedule stated that it closed during that time. However, once we got there the manager informed us that Buffalo Wild Wings closed at 11pm instead of 12am. I feel like they should change the online hours to 11pm instead of 12am because a lot of people will get confused about the hours and the changes schedule. Having said that, due to the hours changing, it took 30-45 minutes for our food to arrive and they didn't have enough servers to serve everyone. The food was really good overall and the sever was really nice and pretty too, but I feel like they need to consider certain circumstances (there was a huge concert at the PAC) and not be in a rush to pack up everything and go home. Especially if don't know what's going to happen on a short moment's notice.

Horrible service. Had to ask to get seated. Then waited and waited no waitress. All the staff was to busy talking and when the manager got involved he wanted to fix it but yet his staff was still unwilling. We left and went to five guys..they had excellent service and food is always great.
